The Heartland Bread Cafe, an Arlington based family run business, opened in December 2001 by Randy and Sheri Warren. The idea for the Heartland Bread Cafe was spawned from the Heartland Bread Company, which opened in Plano in 1994 to bake delicious wholesome bread for the Dallas/Ft Worth community. The breads are fat-free, made with organic whole wheat flour milled on-site, and having no preservatives or additives. They feature the same natural ingredients you might have sitting in your kitchen pantry. The bakery sells and distributes over 200,000 loaves of bread annually throughout the metroplex. The idea of the Heartland Bread Cafe is to provide the same tasty breads to Arlington and Mansfield that are so enjoyed in the Dallas area. The Heartland Bread Cafe features the same selection of fresh breads offered by the Heartland Bread Company. In addition to Heartland Bread, the Cafe offers a tasty line of sandwiches, smoothies, and pies. Our goal is to provide healthy, tasty (we believe they can be synonymous) foods at reasonable prices. We have tried to create a unique atmosphere. Company [Owners/Founders/Management]Randy and Sheri Warren have served as managers/owners of the Heartland Bread Cafe since 2001.
